Rochester's 200,000 residents live in a quiet, upstate New York town right along the Ontario River. But they're still stressed. Finances aren't much of a worry in this city, since almost everything (including healthcare) is affordable. But out of 150 cities, this city ranked fourth highest in divorce rates.
