My wife has asked for a Category E GAL in our divorce to figure out the right parenting plan for our three girls, who range in age from 7 to 15. My lawyer said we should ask for an ARC attorney to give our 12- and 15-year-olds a "voice." She said if the judge says no, a Category F GAL is better for my case.
