President Rodrigo Duterte is leaving the fate of the divorce bill to Congress although he previously registered his opposition to it, Malacañang said on Monday. "No comment," Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque quoted Duterte as saying when asked about the proposed measure on divorce.
