GOLDEN: Custody laws changes will make divorce easier, more civil

Regarding the Dec. 7 oped, "Major change in child custody coming to NJ?," the problem with the current law is that it ignores the child's right to have two equal, nurturing, loving, caring parents. If the parents divorce, it forces a child who has two good parents to lose the one slightly less good parent.
